(resolved) Phantom Private Message

Slickdeals tells me I have 1 new private message, but I cannot find it anywhere. My control panel says I have 67 messages stored, but only 33 in my inbox and 33 in my outbox. The problem started when I was notified of 2 new messages, but only 1 new message showed up in my inbox. Anyone have experience with this problem?

I happens from time to time. If you delete or mark read a PM, the count should reset to the proper amount.

I'm having this issue, I delete and mark messages read but problem still remain
