Looking for Tivo HD $200 or lower

I'm trying to find a good deal on a Tivo HD *$200 or lower if possible*. So far the lowest prices I found: amazon $250, JR $260. I don't want to try craigslist. On ebay there's a deal on Tivo HD + lifetime for $600... but I don't know if I want to invest in that *afraid maybe tivo series 4 will come out or something* and then it wouldn't be worth it since I can't transfer the lifetime subscription. Yeah I might consider buying refurbished, but I might as well pay $32 more about for a new one at amazon since theres no tax *refurbished + tax is about $218*. I usually don't like to buy refurbished since I'm worried it would break *sorry I should've said new only in post and not refurbished*. Thanks for the reply though ^^
