I searched but didn't see anything about this peelie...only about some sweepstakes.
Title pretty much sums it up. I saw these peelies on the front of the X-Men Origins DVD. I'm not sure if they can be found at other stores or only exclusive to Target.
Also, the coupon states that it is to be used for $5 off when you purchase the movie AND a Schick razor/refill, but it scanned fine on just the razor. I told the cashier I already own the movie (which I do) and don't want to have to buy it again...so, technically, I've fully met the requirements of the coupon.
And sorry for the low quality scan, but it should give you an idea of what to look for.
