14" Laptop with BluRay and Fair Specs

Hi all,

I've been looking for 2 months or so, but I haven't found any good deals on a laptop setup that I am looking for. I guess that what I'm wanting is somewhat rare or not popular enough to get good deals.

Here are the minimum specs of what I am hoping to find:
New computer (not used or refurb)
Intel Core 2 Duo processor (at least 2.0ghz and 1066mhz FSB)
160gb harddrive
Internal BluRay
64-bit Windows Vista (eligible for Windows 7)
3gb of decent memory
6-cell battery
720p screen
Discrete graphics card
HDMI connector

Of course, those are just minimums but I would love to find something with even better specs, if it exists.

Here are some "nice to haves" that I am willing to pay extra for:
TV Tuner
Webcam
Wireless-N wireless card

I'm looking to keep pre-tax / pre-shipping as close to $1000 as I can.

Hopefully someone reading this will know of a deal that applies to me. I already found one deal here for an HP dv4t but none of the coupons listed work anymore.

Its going to be hard to get blueray and decent build quality for that price. Is blueray a must have?

If it isn't I'd recommend a t400, thru contractor friends and family. 10% coupon if priced over 1000
