Prefer not to go the Kodak route, but will consider anything if the price is right.

Camera would be a beginning digital camera for a 10 year old. Camera with the capability to shoot short videos is a plus. Doesn't have to be a high megapixel or anything like that...just for a kid who wants to mess around. I'd rather not pay more than $75. I know that might not be possible, so I might be able to spend a little bit more (as long as it's not Kodak - multiple bad experiences with that brand)

We have all kinds of memory cards floating around here, so not necessary to find a bundle with memory.

Thanks in advance, reps to anyone that can help.

Checking craigslist for used might not be a bad idea. Especially if it is for a 10 year old. Make sure and calculate the cost of a new battery into the total cost because chances are it'll need one soon if it doesn't already.
