I'm looking for the best deal ... probably will squeeze 4 to a room, so a two room suite with two double beds would be just fine to keep costs low... Also, flying from ATL. Any suggestions on anything- or am I too early shopping for March already?

You're too early...start looking in late January to book a cancellable rate, then if you find a lower rate after that you can cancel and rebook.
My second recommendation would be to look at some of the places off-Strip (with or without casino) to possibly get a better choice of 2-room accommodations; Marriott's Grand Chateau, Residence Inn and The Platinum Hotel are some examples
just curious.. are you going for 3-11 day?
