The best deals are usually at the students sites or on campus at universities. If you know anyone who can buy it for you, try that.
Win 7 also had some preorder deals though I think those are all over now, I thought I saw some post about BB or Staples having another Family Pack deal.

Best you're going to do is try and find a student who can get you a discount or something, and use that. Otherwise there's really no deals.
