help me get a blackberry storm 2

I'm 1 year into my verizon contract and i am wondering how would i talk verizon into giving me a blackberry storm for contract or even a little oover the contract price. there has to be some way i can talk my way into it right? If i'm not mistaken isnt there a 1 year discount also? i talked to verizon corporate and they mentioned that the last time i called. Any help from previous experience?

If your on a family plan priced 69.99 or higher (i think) then your eligible for annual upgrade and after one year you are eligible for an upgrade at upgrade pricing. If not, check out their recent changes to their contract, such as the removal of vcast vpak and see if you can claim "Material Adverse effects"

good idea, any other ideas? i have insurance, but im sure i cant just "break" my phone and get a brand new storm 2, can i ?
