$700 - $900 Laptop for School

I need a laptop. Here is my criteria:


Business Grade Only - Not dealing with consumer junk anymore.
Can be new or refurbished.
Intel Core 2 Duo or Better with at least a 1066mhz FSB (No AMDs)
3+Gbs of RAM
200+Gb HD (MUST BE 7,200rpm)
DVD+RW - Standard Stuff
Dedicated Graphics Card with a decent amount of Memory to its name. (I prefer Nvidia) - HDMI/DVI/Displayport preferred.
Wireless N (Intel 5100/5300 would be fantastic)
Fingerprint Reader, Bluetooth, and Webcam
Enough battery to last me 4-6 hours (9 cell?)
16" screen max, but should be lightweight if this is the case. (Resolution should be good to, like WXGA+)
Windows 7 at least Home Premium
Not a biggie, but I would love to have a backlit keyboard.


All of that for under $900 including shipping. And if a warranty is available, let me know the cost of a 2/3 year package.

If its a Dell, it better be a Precision model otherwise I'll deem it junk (Latitude is okay, but I want encouragement and experiences from users that it won't be junk.)

I can stretch to $1,000 but it better be nice!

This is a latitude, but this line ive only heard good reviews about. I couldnt fit the 9 cell battery in because i wanted to keep it under 1000, but im pretty sure I got everything else.
