Need Great Laptop for < 500.00

Basically Im buying a new laptop here really soon. Right now Im using a caveman laptop Gateway 9300 and this thing is horrible, its slow, buttons going out, etc.

Im Looking for anything good under 500 bucks. I heard Acer and Asus were really horrible brands for laptops.

Feel free to chime in and help me find a good laptop.

i would recommend a HP laptop, they are pretty cheap now. i just got one recently for 500ish and it had great specs.

make sure you go through bing.com, they are currently offering 15% cash back.
