For listening to MP3s at work , I need a great set of headphones. My budget is max $50.
What is the best "bang-for-the-buck" headphone? Is noise cancellation really effective?:)

Noise cancellation can be effective, but mostly only worth it if you're in a constantly noisy environment - like on an airplane. I doubt your office is that noisy.

Ok it will be a Sennheiser for sure. Of all Sennheiser 's which gives the ***best sound quality*** for casual mp3 listening?
Whats better quality HD 201 , HD 202 or EH 150? Will they suck more power from my Ipod since EH-150 has a 10 ft cable , thats a lot ...!
