I wish that when you put someone on your ignore list their threads wouldn't appear either.
This would be a great feature, but SD doesn't do it. I'd bet a Greasemonkey script would make it possible.
I don't know squat about writing any scripts, so I went to userscripts.org and found a few that look close.

It looks like at least one of these will remove the "This message is hidden because 'that jerk' is on your ignore list." posts. That's a start.
Can someone work with this (or make a new script) to eliminate threads started by the ignored person entirely?
Ideally, I think it would be best to be able to specify which forums you want to ignore the person in. Ignore in the lounge and Podium, but allow posts in Hot Deals, for example. But I could live without this feature.
