View Full Version : Weird issues with PMs

I have my PMs set to be deleted after I send them (meaning the original message is no longer in my inbox).

For the past several weeks, they don't get deleted when I reply. Then a few days later they do get deleted. Back and forth. Truthfully, with doing the secret santa thing I'd prefer them, for the time, to remain in my inbox for now...however it doesn't seem as though I can control it, lol.

Also, in the past day or so, when I go to reply to someone...I click reply and it brings up something like a new PM. No name, no title, no message that I'm responding to. I'll go back, click again, same thing happens. I'll reload, clear cache, etc. Eventually it'll show up. I'm not sure why.

I've been having PM problems, but mine keep saying I have them when I don't.

And the same issue with the reply to thread, if I hit reply its not quoting the person, just a blank message like you were PMing someone.

these seem to be different issues. i've been getting repeated pm's, clicking the notification ends with invalid pm, also pm's disappearing from inbox for awhile and coming back later.

Yea I deleted my post, because I noticed it was different. But Im still getting the second part of her issue with the reply to a persons post.

They both have seemed to stop now though..:dontknow:

I had something similar happen last night. I sent someone a PM, then went to Sent Items folder to look at that PM, but when I clicked on that PM, I got a page that said something like invalid PM, and when I looked again at my Sent Items folder, saw that that PM had disappeared. So I retyped and re-sent the PM. And then saw that the disappeared PM had reappeared back in the Sent Items folder. What is causing this kind of weirdness?
