Mouse-over pop-up box is annyong

When you are browsing the Threads in Forum menus, it is incredibly annoying to move your mouse over a thread and have a pop-up showing the first few lines of text in the first post of that thread. It usually pops up right where I am reading.

Can this be disabled?

Done. I figured it would be a nice feature but I end up not using it.
