That's an interesting use for these types of products. The ads tend to show overweight women in dresses and skirts with the implication being they must have their things running together. Well, Athletes have been using anti-chafing gels for years to keep their thighs from being rubbed raw and they're not fat. Everyone's thighs rub together at some point and some people more than others. Then there's the under arm issue when power-walking with light hand weights. Your inner arms rub against your shirt and you can rub them raw if you don't use some kind of anti-chafing product.

The athletic Anti-chafe products usually come in stick form and cost a tone of money. I'm glad to see Lanacane & Monistat getting in on the act and pricing their product appropriately.

I used to wear those coulottes style half slips in the summer to prevent chafing but these new gels are nice for when you're wearing shorts or wearing a knee skimming dress or skirt that's already lined and you don't want the added weight of the split-skirt half-slip.

As for make-up primer - you bet I'll give it a try. Most of the expensive ones I have used do dry to a similar powdery finish like this product and do have virtually the same ingredients. Thanks for the tip! Reps for that

For anyone who's tried it, can this rub from your body on to your clothes and do you need to wash it off at night?
I use the cream and it works great i put it on as soon as i notice a spot where im chafing and it works very quickly i usually put it on before bed and by the morning the rash is gone.
I dont notice that it rubs off.
