What happened to all the Smilies?

Yup, the proper way to respond would have been to answer your question directly.

They have been categorized. When you click 'More' there is a new option at the top of the pop up window to 'choose a category'.

It's not a bug. There is a category list up on top for you to select. This way users don't get bombarded with 200+ small images loading up all at once.
