That's not new.

You do realize you can alert them. You can move the anchor to the right location by clicking on it and pick option "more"

Improve underlying map data if a road label is incorrect or missing.

If you notice that the underlying map data is incorrect, you can report the error to the data provider. Our data providers are listed in the lower right-hand corner of the map. In some cases, you may have to zoom in to see the specific provider for an area.
How to report errors to specific data providers:

* Google (U.S. and Canada Only): Use the Report a Problem link. In areas where Map Maker is available, you can edit map data directly.
* Tele Atlas: Report a map error using their Map Insight system.

Other providers will be added as tools become available for users to submit corrections. If you don't find your local data provider in the above list and Map Maker isn't available, please locate the correct data provider on the lower right-hand corner of the map and contact them directly.

Move the marker for a location if it's in the wrong place.

If you notice that a marker is positioned incorrectly, you can move it to the right spot on the map.

1. Optional: Switch to Satellite view. This allows you to move the marker more accurately, as you can see both roads and satellite imagery.
2. After you search for a place, click the marker you would like to re-position.The info window will appear.
3. To make changes, click Edit.
4. Click Move marker and drag the marker to the correct location. Use the X at the base of the marker to help you place it correctly. We recommend placing the marker at the entrance of the location, as this helps improve the accuracy of our driving directions.
5. Click Save.
