Anyone else having trouble posting?

I am encountering strange behavior this morning. Sometimes the status bar at the bottom says I may not do anything, sometimes it says I may not start new threads, and sometimes it says I may post new threads.

Perhaps I violated a rule or something, but I am not sure what's going on. Anyone else having trouble?

I was in the hot deals forum and the "Posting Rules" at the bottom said that I cannot post new threads, but that I could reply to existing ones. Then a few minutes later, it stated that I could post new threads.

Can you check my account to make sure I am not under probation or something? Maybe someone did not like something I posted?
