We have a collection of hot sauces at work - it's common to have customers in for lunch (50% of the time I'd say) so a couple of us started bringing in hot sauces to spice up the standard deli sandwiches & pizza we get. It started out with Tobasco, Franks, then moved on to some of my favorite sauces like Dinosaur BBQ Devil's Duel (habanero). For awhile we'd heard about "ghost pepper" sauces and I finally got around to ordering some. For me I like the flavor as much as the heat - it was hard to decide what to order because it seems most people order this stuff to prank or dare other people so they don't care about flavor, just fire.
