RAM: there are lots of options, and it's mainly a price thing. If you really want to save money, there's Kingston's ValueRAM. But if you're buying PC3200, you may as well pay for a good brand. So you should think about Crucial, Corsair, Kingston's HyperX series, Mushkin, or OCZ. Crucial may or may not be the cheapest of these, and they're my personal favorite. Try going to NewEgg.com, and searching for the category "Memory(System Memory)". You'll be able to tailor a search to whatever you want. RAM deals are pretty common, but rarely are they PC3200.
Monitors: again, lots of good choices. I like Viewsonic, personally. Hyundai, Samsung, and Sony are also good. You may want to look at BenQ. Again, NewEgg will gladly help you compare models. You'll probably want to buy locally for this though, as shipping can be cost prohibitive. Do you want a CRT or an LCD? A CRT may be as much as $30 or even $50 to ship, depending on the model and the distance. Deals pop up on monitors all the time, watch for something that suits you.
