The fact that the entire surrounding area around the underlined text is clickable makes the site a pain to navigate if you have a wheel mouse.
Whenever i have to make the screen/window active again so i can use my scrolling wheel i have to go all the way to the top or bottom to find a dead area to click. Thats a pain when it would be much easier to just click some random area but you can't do that here cause the whole site is compromised of giant monster sized weirdo links.
I really don't see the reasoning behind this. Is the average user really having that much of a problem lining up the little arrow on the blue line that we need links the size of crazy bread? This isn't 1999, I think were pretty good at that $hit now.
Sorry but this has bugged me for some time now and I just had to gripe. FatWallet's not like that, nor is Amazon, Yahoo!, Drudge, IGN... okay SlickDeals is the only site that I've ever been to that has this problem.
Please SlickDeals fix this. I think were all cool with just the underlined text being hot, not 98% of the screen.
:)
