Prize: (1 winner) a trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to two eligible guests to Las Vegas, NV. Winner and Guests must be able to travel on dates determined by Sponsor, which are tentatively scheduled for October 21-24, 2010. Length of trip and dates are subject to change, in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be posted on the Promotion Website. Note: Winner and guest must be 21 year of age or older. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $2,500. Trip includes: Round trip coach air transportation for Winner and up to two Guests from a major airport near Winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV. (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Location); Round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guests between airport and hotel; 3-nights accommodations for Winner and Guests (single room based on double occupancy, room and tax only); Up to three VIP tickets to attend a private Daughtry acoustic concert/pool party on October 22, 2010; and up to three tickets to the Daughtry concert October 22, 2010 on.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $2,500. If Winner cannot travel on dates determined by Sponsor, Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are determined by the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. In the event the Trip is cancelled or rescheduled, Sponsor’s only obligation to the Grand Prize Winners is to award applicable air transportation at a later date. Sponsor is not responsible for production of the Concert and in the event the Concert is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor’s sole obligation is to award the remainder of the Grand Prize and Sponsor shall have no further obligations to Grand Prize Winner. Some restrictions may apply. No other substitution, transfer of Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) or cash alternative permitted. Stated ARV may vary depending on point of departure and time of travel. If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, additional hotel amenities, airport transport, taxes, baggage and other fees, and gratuities, spa services, casino play, long-distance phone calls, all retail merchandise, as well as other personal expenditures and the cost, if any, of obtaining a government identity document or passport are the responsibility of Winner and Guest. Winner and traveling companion must travel on same itinerary. Travel and hotel accommodations subject to availability. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Sponsor.
