I've got to say that all the politics here, especially in the freebies section, really gets me down. This is slickdeals, not freerepublic.
Can we please have a ban on posting political opinions? I think that free stuff from campaigns are perfectly fine posts (just like religious freebies), but all the stupid comments which follow are a huge turnoff, and don't help any of us find deals, which seemed to be the point of the site.
Note that I'm not talking about the general discussion forums, but only the freebie section.

It works. I just reported a post the other day and lowpro took care of it a few hours later.

where did the anti-bush bumpersticker post go? the post was fine, it was the jerk comments that followed that were the problem.
