why is there a limit of reps we can give in a day. it should be unlimited except repping the same person!
Didn't know there was a limit. Maybe that's because no one is worthy to deserve my reps...:shake:

It's to limit the inflation of rep points. It also prevents one person from giving a basically infinite number of points to a small group of people.
With no point-per-day limit, and all other rules unchanged, it would be possible to give an arbitrary (read: potentially huge) number of points in a day, and to focus all of those points on less than 10 (IIRC) people. So I could choose 10 of my friends, and give each of them 10,000 points in one day if I didn't die of fatigue in the process. With help from a small handful of people, I could do even more. Extremely easy to exploit.
To the extent rep points have value, it would then be possible to completely devalue them.

My only goal in life now is to be bold. I feel worthless and my life meaningless until I see my boldness achieved.
The value of reps stands true...:tumblewee
Now back to something more important!:popcorn:Right SBD!

So that people can't make multiple accounts inorder to increase their own repuation points.
