User unexpectedly banned??

Sorry, I'm not sure where to post this or if it should be a pm to whatever mod.... My gf was browsing the freebie forum and found a free deal she wanted to post. When she tried to post her find, she was unable to get the forum to load properly and finally gave up. She had me look at it just now, and when I tried to get her into the forum, it gave this message:
You have been banned for the following reason: None
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

She has posted very few times and as far as I know, none of those posts were thread craps or negative in anyway. I thought maybe it was because we both use the same network so possibly someone thought it was a clone account? I haven't been banned, so that idea seems unlikely. Her user name is thunderpuss1974. Thanks for any help.

If she posted from the same IP address as you then she may have been deleted when they cleaned out the multiple users. They stopped allowing users to have multiple user ids and she may have been deleted by mistake, thinking that you had two user ids.
