Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip to Santa Barbara, California, which includes: (a) round-trip coach airfare for the grand prize winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) from an airport near the grand prize winner’s residence to Santa Barbara, California, determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (including taxes and fees); (b) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only); (c) one (1) $250 gift card from a major credit card company; and (d) one (1) $250 SpaFinder gift certificate. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the grand prize winner resides within 150 miles of Santa Barbara, California, and no cash balance will be awarded and no additional allowances will be made to the grand prize winner. Trips and travel dates are subject to terms and conditions, availability, blackout dates, and other material restrictions, as designated by the Sweepstakes Entity providing the accommodations…The trip must be booked by January 12, 2011 and be completed by December 15, 2011, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
