I've been signed up with this forever and I have never gotten any free offers or coupons. All I get it promotional stuff (i.e new product info or their promoted flavors)

the ones where I live only give a free doughnut during certain hours (only when their "hot fresh" sign is on) and even then you have to ask for them. The last four times (in the course of this last year) they didn't openly hand them to us like they used to, we finally asked b/c I was sick of getting jipped my free doughnut :lol:
