So after the first disaster where i got the follow up cal and never got told that i wasnt actually in the study until i called to ask why i hadnt recieved the webcam yet. I think I might have actually got into one.

Although i havnt recieved the webcam for the study thats supposed to start today and they said if it didnt come i can use my own one. I did get the email tp confirm my participation in todays study and the automated phone call to yesterday.

Shouldnt i be seeing the study under my projects when i Login especially since its supposed to start today ?

Yes you should. I would call them as they are very helpful in their technical dept and will gladly assist you so that you will be able to access your project.

I already called them yesterday since webcam hasnt shown up. so if its starting today it should be on my panel right ?

Theoretically, yes. As I have found with qualvu, sometimes they will not release the project until later on in the day. Since they are on Pacific time and so am I, my projects did not appear until early afternoon. If you are concerned, why not give them another call. I have done that on the day the project was to begin and they did not mind at all. Actually, they were glad to see you being proactive about wanting to begin the project.;)

I've done one before and am going to do another one on TVs next week. You should see your project when you log in. I think they give you a day or two to do the videos, so it's not a lot of time. I would give them a call.

Well i called them at noon and they said they would be mailing the login info within an 1.5hrs and obviously they never did. Are they always this disorganised leaving people 'hanging'

I called them late yesterday afternoon around 5:00 pm EST. They assurred me that I would have the email sometime that night. They said they were waiting on the customer to finalize some issues on the survey. I never received the email and it is 10:09 am. I did receive the camera though.

I too was wondering about getting started, I confirmed participation, I received the pocketcam a day late however. I went scouring thru my email to see if it went anywhere in it. Still couldn't find one.

I dont think gmail has developed black holes within itself, and casually sucks emails into non-existence, so I called True Panel. They said the client is waiting to finalize somethings and pull the trigger on starting it. said to hold tight and the deadline has been extended already to monday.

What is frustrating they have provided zero communication on this to keep everyone informed as to whats going on. I allocated time to do their study and its just a matter of common courtesy i think. If i hadnt called in id still be in the dark. Today is pretty much shot as to the thing starting and i doubt they will do anything at the weekend. so that makes it 4 days total

6pm on Friday night i finally get the email with the login info and starting Saturday morning i keep getting annoying phone calls reminding me how important this study is and how much time and money has been invested in it and that they havnt yet recieved my answers. I allocated the time as they requested on Thursday and Friday not at the weekend:mad:
