Limit: There are no limits to the number of entries but each of entrant's Questions should be a unique Question and not previously submitted to Sweepstakes by entrant.
Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age

Prizes:
Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive: (a) a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest of Grand Prize Winner ("Guest"), to Dallas, Texas ("Destination") to appear in and participate in a one on one interview with Nastia Liukin to last up to thirty (30) minutes that will be broadcast on U-stream (live or pre-recorded) currently scheduled to take place in March 2011 but subject to change. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor's choice near Grand Prize Winner primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $400; (ii) one (1) night hotel accommodations in Destination for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which will be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $400; (iii) opportunity for Grand Prize Winner to appear in and participate in a one on one interview with Nastia Liukin, no retail value; (iv) one (1) AT&T tablet, with an ARV of $550; and (v) one (1) AT&T phone, with an ARV $400; collectively (the "Grand Prize"). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,750.
First Place Prizes: There will be two (2) First Place Winners (hereinafter defined). Each First Place Winner will receive one (1) $250 JCPenney Gift Card
