The Promotion begins at 12:00 am CT on April 6, 2011, and ends at 11:59 pm CT on May 15, 2011.
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and D.C., who (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and (2) have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Promotion Period.

One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected on or May 18, 2011 from among all eligible entries received. Potential prize winner will be notified by phone or email according to the contact information provided by that potential winner. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Lennar (or its designee), or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and an alternative prize winner may be selected, time permitting. Potential prize winner must comply with these Official Rules in order to be confirmed the winner of a prize. Potential prize winner must sign and return any required forms, including, without limitation, affidavits of eligibility, prize acceptance and liability and publicity release forms, and IRS-W9 forms, to Lennar seven (7) days after delivery of the forms. If a potential prize winner fails to comply with these Official Rules or fails to return all of the required forms within the time specified, that potential prize winner may be disqualified, and an alternative prize winner may be selected, time permitting.
