the last 4 reviews from this site on the pricegrabber link raise a red flag, not to mention the fact that nobody has reviewed them for 6 months...AND if you look closely, the good reviews are from 2008 and back. watch out!!! :( pricegrabber may just be a bad source for reviews...idk.
Ordered mine on Mon, shipped today (Wed) by www.newpenn.com and will arrive 05/03 paid with AMEX, I'm pretty sure they are ok as long as you check the item, I will refuse to sign if item not working.

Damn - that is cheeeap, I have been looking at this model at Home Depot. I would love to get one for this price. This vendor I've never heard has me wary though.

How are you going to know it isn't working before you sign? Does the delivery company ACTUALLY hook up the fridge for you?

I ran a whois (http://whois.domaintools.com/aimtofind.net) on the website and it looks like the domain name was dropped in 2009 and picked up at that time by another party which would explain the difference in service from 2008 to current. Their rating on rellerratings (http://www.resellerratings.com/store/AimToFind) is also horrible. They seem to ship out and be done with it. Another concern for me is having to wait 4 months for the rebate after they receive all of your info, though that might be standard, I don't know.

I got a lowe's price mistake with an even deeper discount than this, but I just don't trust this. Especially, since there is a rebate--I'm really dubious of that being valid...

This deal is correct. $400 rebate from LG and $100 rebate from several websites so rebate should be ok, You can also price match with others if you do not trust them. My only problem is the refrigerator will be delivered curb site and how to move it into the house and move/dispose the old refrigerator?

Regarding some of the complaints on Pricegrabber... where delivery was made, signed for, only to find a defective product or one that is scratched/messed up and then the company is totally non-responsive... would the credit card company honor a chargeback? It seems that I've been able to get chargebacks on similar situations, on much smaller scales. If I knew for sure they would, I'd be tempted...

If you check the retailers full rebate exclusion list from the online rebate processor (http://www.acbpromotions.com/2011lgearthdaysavings/PDF/IneligibleRetailers02042011%284%29.pdf
) included in the list is Aimtofind's parent company: RAC ENT INC. I emailed them and they say the invoice will be from Aimtofind but as far as i can tell, Aimtofind is a DBA name, not a real different company so it might be a problem to get LG to honor the rebate.

It was just delivered and now it's sitting in my garage, it's brand new and I just tested it before I sign it.
As my original posting: $100 rebate (exp 04/30) and $400 rebate (exp 05/04).
I think BB have for $1858 now, still a good deal if you get it for $1493.
