It would be awesome if there was a forum for price typos like the recent 1 cent for a hard drive. It would be easy to sort through with that.

But those offers are 99% mistakes, and don't last very long either.

And they are rare. I don't think we have enough on a daily basis to devote a forum to.

There have been quite a few recently - I don't have any idea why.
The strange part is it's 1 cent or some weird amount, I could understand something that is $250 being $25, but one cent is strange.

A lot of systems are set up to go to a randomly odd price when the item goes OOS.
Anyway, the new forum's not gonna happen. There have been lots of suggestions for better forums than that, and very very few of them have been made.
