How Do People Get Target's Ad So Far In Advance?

I've seen some people post scans of the next week's target ad online. How do you get these ads so early? Like for instance, the ads were posted yesterday.

some people work for newspapers, that insert these in.. I work for a paper, we get the saving source/redplum about 6 days in advance.

I used to work for Target waaaaayyyy back in the day. The managers and the Level III's get ads a week or two in advance so they knew how to set up their planograms. I wish I still had contacts in retail...
