Does an open thread/wiki exists for available gift cards at Costco?

I've been trying to keep track of the various gift cards offered at different Bay Area Costco locations and figured I'd ask here to see if there are others doing the same thing. Seems like it might be worthwhile to know what establishments in the vicinity you can get ~20% off.

If not, anyone interested in starting one? I can keep track of some Bay Area locations.
