Browser: Firefox 1.5.0.6 (Latest version as of this post) for Windows. Java Runtime Environment Version 5.0 Update 8. Untested in Internet Explorer.

Resolution: Browser in a floating window at approx. 1000x1000. Desktop at 1600x1200.

Beta UI: 2.0 - may also occur in others, but untested.

Issue: When clicking on the "Add Tags", if the link is near the right-edge of the browser window, it will appear out of the current browser area forcing a horizontal expansion.

Attachment: Visual example.

EDIT:

Note: To save on posts and PM's, the area on the bottom-right of my Firefox is from an extension called FoxyTunes (http://slickdeals.net/?sduid=4461&t=&u2=http://www.foxytunes.com/). It controls media players such as iTunes, WinAmp, WMPx, and others via the clickable buttons and hot-keys (ex. Ctrl+Alt+Left-arrow for next song).

Personally, I don't think that's so bad, although annoying. The pop-up stays when you move your mouse from over it, so you are able to scroll if need be.
Whats the alternative? Only option I see is to have the pop-up go in the other direction if it would otherwise reach the edge of the window (the way the browser context menu adapts to where you right-click). Effectively implementing that would take more then a quick tweak, though.
