This is a great deal.

Land's End Canvas is their younger/hipper line of clothing. They are generally well priced and very good quality.

Their return policy is also amazing. As long as you have the receipt, you can return a piece of clothing at any time, whether it's worn or not, and they will replace it or refund it with no hassle.

Multiple times, I've had items I've bought later go on sale and they will refund me the price difference, even if its been months since I bought the item.

It's gotten to the point where I feel guilty and stopped doing that. They have excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.

Lands End Canvas is slightly slimmer than normal Lands End shirts(think, half-size smaller), sleeves are maybe an inch shorter, pants are roughly the same, rise is slightly lower. You can return to Sears, they have the exact same policies as Lands End.


Anyways, I'd avoid Living Social after so many people(myself included) found fraud charges from the UK on our CC's after getting in on that Amazon Gift card deal. http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2620777 . Or maybe just use a VCC. Not worth the 20 minute talk with a banker, and a 10-day wait to get the fraud charges reversed.

As far as Lands End Canvas thanks for the details. I am thinking it might be good for my sister as she seems to be so hard to fit at times, as she is nice and trim (and picky as h&ll). Still have $15 credit from LS so it would make this a great deal for me if she is happy.

I have ordered many times from LE Canvas and this is what I've found:

1) As a woman, I am normally a small, but am an XS for Canvas
2) My husband is an XL and orders the XL and it seems to fit him fine. Not sure why the Canvas side of LE doesn't have XXL...
3) Returns are incredibly easy at Sears. They don't question it and I had one item that washed up horribly and at least 45 days later and they didn't give me any 'tude.
4) The reviews are extremely helpful in regards to fit/sizing and comfort-ability.
5)The best distinction between LE and LE Canvas is Canvas seems to be cut a bit slimmer/more fitted and it is more modern than LE. LE always made me, as a 'hip' 37 yo mom feel a bit dowdy and old. LE is to minivan as LE Canvas is to a Jetta wagon ;) Not dogging minivans, just my analogy.

Hope that helps some of you! I ordered from Living Social and did have fraudulent charges but it was over 8 months later so I don't see a correlation with my experience.

My only major problem with LEC is the inconsistency in sizing. I've purchased identical shirts that had drastically different fits, a shirt with mismatched sleeve lengths and a shirt that was probably 2 sizes smaller than tagged. All of these issues were written about in reviews by other users, so it wasn't just a fluke with my order.

Thankfully, I was able to return all the bad items, so it's not a huge deal. Other than that, I like their clothing, although I do wish the quality was more on par with LE.

I tried talking to two people. The best they would do is to give me a prepaid return sticker at a cost of something like $6 to me. (So they gave me $6 less back) A lot of clothing stores do cover return shipping. It's definitely my fault for not checking, but since so many clothing stores have different sizes--I just expected it.

Got mine today as well. The quality is good as expected from LE and colors are as they are advertised. $25 for a pair of jeans, a shirt and a windbreaker coat and more importantly they all fit very well (thumbs up for the accurate size chart info on their website).
