Error code 5, help!

Purchased a game from big fish games and every time I try to download it I get "error code 5". Never had this happen before and I've downloaded from them before. I did a search and tried a couple of things (like uninstall/reinstall and changing security settings, etc.) Does anyone have any other ideas for what I can try or what the heck this code even means? I'm not tech savvy, so keep it simple please :D Thanks in advance :heart:

You get the error and the download fails? Or the download is complete and you get the error message when trying to run it?

Since you paid money for this, try Big Fishes support. They should help iron out this issue. Since the rest of your post is so vague anything else would be just random guesses.
