The five (5) Vignette options are: (1) “Whitney”, (2) “The Playboy Club”, (3) “Prime Suspect”, (4) “Up All Night” and (5) “Free Agents”. After selecting and watching one (1) Vignette, follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, email address and date of birth (“Online Entry”).

DAILY PRIZE: There will be four hundred and fifty (450) daily prizes awarded (each a “Daily

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Daily Prize is one hundred dollars ($100). Total ERV for all Daily Prizes is forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000).
