View Full Version : Can't get the slickdeal alerts

I entered my email address and got the "please confirm" email. I replied and still nothing. So, I tried it again. This time, after I sent my reply email, I get another email that says, "sorry, but you are already receiving...." But I'm not.

Please help. I miss out on some really good deals because I don't get the alerts.

Or how about messages to our cell phones.... or is that another topic?:(

Don't worry, you'll eventually mold your life style in such a way you have access to the internet (aka slickdeals) 24/7 and will eventually learn to use F5 rather than clicking the refresh key over and over.

you'll forget all about those slickdeal alerts.. I did..

Already there! Just hope they never check my machine at work :cool:
But the alerts would be nice.

I haven't sent one out for ages. When I used to send it out, the deals would expire before people checked their email. I would then get a flood of emails back... not fun.

Darn, I was hoping to get the alerts. I have a really busy schedule now, so I do not have the luxury of checking SlickDeals.net as often as I like anymore. :(

Never miss a deal again!
What's the point of the email alerts if they don't ever get sent out.

If the alert system doesn't work then take the damn link off the home page and stop wasting everyones time.

is it possible to automate it so everytime a change is made to the home page, a email is sent to everyone signed up?

sortof like if you are watching a thread.....
