I'm not sure why, but it's even harder to scan the thread titles than the old version. Compare to FW where it's very easy to quicly scan down the topics.

Its little difficult to accept any new change but am sure you'll be used to it in two three weeks.

Have you tried using the different skins?
If you look at the bottom left corner, change the style to "classic" and see if it is better for you.

In order to make the thread titles readible they should be equally spaced vertically (no wrap) and placed closer together. Just MHO

Is this in regards to the forums or to the mainpage.
The mainpage has the option to spread the content to fullscreen width, or to fixed width.
The actual font-size remains the same as classic, and additionally, retains the same functionality: the old site had text that wrapped on long titles as well.

Is this in regards to the forums or to the mainpage. It's the thread listings in the Hotdeals forum (etc) which is where I spend most of my time. Compare the readibility of FW forums compared to SD2. I can't put my finger on it but I find it difficult to quickly scan down the SD listings. The FW listings are a lot more regular in their spacing, more compact, and the font is easier to read.
