[Suggestion] - Adding a filter

Hey guys, SD 2.0 is looking great!

Here's something I tought of a while ago and I think its an easy solution to implement and its also very useful.

Sometimes I like to search the hot deal sections through category. So if I want to look a videos, I'll click on the "VIDEO" button on the first deal I see that has it and the page will filter all the video deals.

Well sometimes, its hard to find that first deal (photography for instance, the first is down to page 3!)

So my idea is to put a dropbox with all the the categories in the dead space on the upper left corner of the screen, like this:

Have you scrolled down to the bottom, the category icons are there. A dropbox instead of having all the icons there which takes up space is a good idea.

The Filter by Category/Popular Tags module at the bottom is actually collapsible. You can just click on the little button to the right of 'most popular tags' to collapse it and then it won't take up much space at all. Click the button again to uncollapse it for searching :)
