They are in brooklyn and i'm in NJ, i get my shipments within 3-5 days.. I had a problem with one of their items before and let me return it so i think its good customer service but it all depends i suppose.

careful with HP laptops, I have 3 different friends, 2 with an Envy who now have to buy a new laptop because their charging port went bad just weeks after the warranty expired. When taking it to get fixed, they were told that this is common with HP and it would cost just as much to fix as it would to get a new laptop!
