This would be a great way for expired deals to be promoted off of the main page.

Maybe its just me but I do not get what your suggestion is? I do think that if there is an expiration date on a post it should be put in the title.

I'm not sure if I 100% understand your question.
Many times, we don't know when a deal will expire.....they can expire when the run out of stock, when a coupon stops working, or when a price mistake is found. So it is hard to pinpoint an expiration date.
I hope that helps

That is also why there is now a Deal Talk forum for expired deals that still need to be discussed. Don't know if a mod moves it or it get's modalerted, but they do get moved to Deal Talk. Also not posting in a thread, will move the thread further out of sight.

I think i know what you are saying. Imagine an option where at a certain date and time the thread title would change to DEAD. If it doesn't expire by that date, certain members of the forum with a higher ranking status can vote for it to be marked dead. It would really help to keep the forum more organized IMHO.
