So I'm guessing everything that is sold at this place is highly overpriced and shipping costs an arm and a leg.

They offer free shipping once or twice a week.

So I'm guessing everything that is sold at this place is highly overpriced and shipping costs an arm and a leg.I've seen 2-3 free shipping events since I joined not even a month ago. When not running a sale, shipping is about $10 for an order, not unreasonable given they are shipping wine in special conditions.

If you keep a alert set up for the Lot18 deals here, you can definitely get some wine or coffee free with free shipping:D

With the credits and free shipping it can be close to free for some items. This a wine purveyor. Coffee deals can be be good with the credit.

Kind of, but you have to check the exact same items elsewhere because wine and wine are not the same. Shipping is $10 per item and they are awfully slow with it.

They have sales with free shipping and you can find items to get it free or very low OOP with your credit. Two weeks back there was 2 pk coffee that was free and last week there was wine that was free with only $15 credit;)

I picked up the Superba Coffee last time it was on sale (for free). It arrived two days ago. Yesterday I received an email from them saying "Our records show that we shipped you the Classic roasts while you ordered the Sumatra roast. Please accept our apologies by allowing us to resend your entire order while you keep the Classic roast."
Yay! :) Free coffee times two! At beans that retail $18.50 per pound, I just scored four boxes for free.

Is there a way to combine the promotional credit link with the "$25 for referring a friend that orders" link?

Wine not shipped to all states. Wouldn't ship to Massachusetts. Got some nice serving utensils though.

I'm guessing the only way to attempt to pull it off would be to acquire the promo credit ($15) with a new account, take an existing account (or another new one) and save the invite link and then simply try to make a purchase via the invite link when the time comes.
I tried sending the invite link from one existing account to another and it rejected it, saying the second account was already registered. However, from what I see, the $25 offer doesn't specify that the individual must be a new registration, so maybe it would work by just using the invite link gateway.

No the wine is below what you'll usually find it, the hardware is cheap and the food items are also cheaper but more expensive than most people would be comfortable paying.

For those of you who did not get your credit you just have to contact customer service through their website and include the link you registered with. It only took them a few minutes to verify and they credited my account with $15.

Sorry, but I couldn't seem to get the multi-quote to work and just figured I'd edit the post afterwards and I don't believe once would have been enough to alert each individual SDer I quoted to get the message that the $15 was still possible if they didn't check back on a "dead" thread. As I did it, they should have each received a notice in their mailbox that someone quoted them so they were more likely to get in on the deal.

If you do not see credit in your account after you register then contact LOT18 customer service on their website and tell them you are missing a $15 credit on your account and include the link you registered with.
It worked for me on 11/15/2011. BTW - I included a screen grab of the registration page for additional proof.
Cheers!

Wow, free money and free shipping are cool, but their site sucks. That list of wine under "Featured"...is that all they have? I'm looking all over this site trying to find wines and hardly see anything.
