u cant, cause eggs=protein, it will stick. what you need is the following:
LITTLE bit of butter or other fat, HOT skillet

key is to cook eggs for as short as period as possible while making sure they are cooked:)

now, get in the kitchen and fix me a sandwich

What's key, Rammy, is the pan. It doesn't matter how cheap the pan is so long as the only thing you cook in it is eggs so it doesn't get all scratched up. A light coating of pam spray or a tsp of oil should keep the eggs from sticking. If you don't have a pan dedicated to eggs, try pouring 1/4 cup of water over the eggs as they're frying and then cover to let steam until cooked to your liking. Too, if you have a cast iron skillet to cook your eggs, make sure it's hot, then add your oil then eggs.

ya this is not stick, so u have to warm it slowly on low heat at least 3 min

so it will heat up:)
