View Full Version : SD should have the option to remove threads from a forum.

For example, if you were browsing in Hot Deals and there were threads for deals that you were not interested in, I think it would be highly useful if you could remove those threads from the forum so they won't be displayed when you are logged in. This would reduce the amount of milling through threads you'd have to do to find stuff you're looking for.
Is this possible?
Just a suggestion. =D

I am sure it is possible. Since I am only interested in REALLY REALLY good deals, then all the kinda, sorta good deals should go.
LOL!

Truly, my only issue with this site is that the avatars have to be so small.
But I'm shallow like that. ;)
Otherwise it is fantastic.
Cheers!

I agree with this suggestion. Then you wouldn't have to warn me about the million post thread.

I'd love to see a 'Hide this Thread' or 'Ignore this Thread' feature added!

what if an ok deal turns excellent.... a miss on your part....

My suggestion is to implement like the personal sticky. You get 25 threads that you can have hidden at any one time. They just get sorted to the bottom of the list. Not sure if vBulletin has that feature or if it would need to be a custom hack.
