Anyone get in yet, first impressions???

I just got my invite via email, I'll give a review once I get out of work and get to playing around with it.

I got one & played a couple of times. I prefer the simplistic way Warhawk plays much better. To much going on in Starhawk.

Yeah just played for two hours, they tried way too hard to make this one all fancy. So far I'm not overly impressed. There are effectively no weapon spawns anymore, you have to make all weapons stations. So it's pretty hard to get up and running, you can't just run for the rocket launcher and start taking out planes. Making buildings take up far too much time in the game.

The planes are wayyyy too strong as robots. You can take them out even with the machine gun but they pack some seriously heavy firepower. I liked the old planes which were well balanced with things like rocket launchers. Also the new rocket launcher is harder to lock onto planes with.

They seem to be doing a few tweaks here and there, but they are going to have to pull something major out of their butts to make this one purchase worthy.
