Does anyone know I place that I get to update my list? or exchange names? I has a bad experience with a buyer after 11 month of perfect sales record. This was due to her ignorance more than anything... I was doing great changing names on a blog and now the blog was closed and I have no place get updates of buyers with bad habits...
Anyone cares to point me on the right direction?

All you can do is respond to the feedback, so other buyers know your side of the story. I buy and sell on Ebay. As a buyer, I do look at the negative feedback a seller has and what explanation they left.
Blacklists mean nothing. A blocked buyer can simply create a new account and bid away. Don't sweat it. We all get unreasonable buyers every now and then. At least, you didn't get a scammer trying to get your item for free.
