My mom tried to sign in to slickdeals today, and it says that her ip address has been blocked by the administrator. She can't view the freebies or the deals! She wasn't even signed in under her member name. Please help! She swears by this place. You can pm me or leave a message in this thread. She looked for a place to contact the mods, but didn't see one. Thanks in advance!

her screen name is cdarms01. She gave me her password & I signed in from my computer fine with her screen name. Is it because of her internet service provider? Her provider is NetZero. Thanks-

It shouldn't be due to her ISP. I'll look into it as much as I can. But this might require help from Mr SD or a Green Bar mod.
Edit - I don't see anything wrong, so I suggest PMing Redsolar or Mr. SD about this.

Just to rule out a few potential causes, have her clear cookies and temporary internet files from her browser.
