Can't attach files on Yahoo mail?

Anyone else having problems with attachments on Yahoo mail?
Can't make any attachments on Yahoo.
The file size is not the problem, I've checked that.
I can choose my file but when I go to attach, nothing happens.

Anyone else?

Make sure your popup blocker is turned off from whatever browser you have. Some times those dialog windows for upload will be viewed as a pop up window depending on how they coded the dialog box.
